precede the Finance Committee referral for the following:                      
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 29                                                             
"An Act requiring that the cost of contraceptives and related health          
care services be included in health insurance coverage."                       
                                                                               
HB 29 is in the Health, Education & Social Services Committee.
